VI. Determine the amplitude, period, phase shift, and vertical shift of f(x)=-2 sin⁡3x+1. Then sketch its graph.










Write the range of this sine function.

IX. Solve this problem.

“Suppose in between low and high tides, the water level varies 26 inches. Low tide occurs at 9am and high tide occurs at 1pm. Using the times and the amount the water level varies find a cosine function that models the water level in inches above and below the average water level. Express the function in terms of time, t since 9am.
